I dont know what to say about this one, except if you are not from USA or EU you will have trouble getting money to your bank account. This discriminating fact makes me not likeing it that much.

I've signed multiple petitions for getting PayPal available in Croatia, but still nothing. We can only send money by using our credit cards.

Ya, but atleast its better than alertpay. Non USA ppl can atleast earn online and transfer to their bank accounts. I cant do that in Alertpay since I am from India, and Alertpay dosent support that.
I like paypal for this

I guess he was telling us that users out of USA are available to withdraw money from Paypal to their own bank accounts.
In my country, Indonesia it is also available, with a smaller fee rather than if I do exchange with other users.

even to do that, your country needs to be on their list just like with AlertPay, otherwise you can only send money trough PayPal
those kind of discriminations from these payment processors really makes me wanna
